We work with conscious and spiritually aware singles and couples who long for relationships which are sexually robust, friendship based, open hearted, and spiritually aligned.

We are committed to improving how relationships are experienced through unifying eroticism, subtle sexual energies, healthy loving attachment, personal development, and spiritual growth.

Many of us have spent a lot of sincere time and energy with partners (or in our current relationship), patiently becoming aware of the skillful and delicate nature of becoming a competent lover. And we’re choosing to become more conscious – more aware of our patterns.

Maybe we’ve also been opening to the complexities of how we choose partners, and somewhat repeat, to varying degrees, methods of relating and giving and receiving love based on our childhood influences. And yet as we grow, often something nagging persists. There can be even a sense of personal pain related to the feeling that we are missing some core understanding, or way of Being. You are not alone.

So what is the source of the challenges so many conscious and spiritually oriented singles and couples face?

Part of it is the unexamined context we assume or operate in regarding sex and love. Conditioning from society, and how we were loved (or not loved) as a child form a deep, frequently unexamined, and even invisible, powerful internalized world view which fundamentally creates and perpetuates our outer reality. And very often this unexamined context of sex and love we adopt, and the reality it creates, falls way short of our natural core capacity to fully participate with the life-giving and intelligent energies of sexuaity, and obsures our capacity to expereince love, and ourselves and another, from Essence or our higher-self.

As we release ourselves from the conditioning of society, and impressions of how we were loved (or not) as children, there is a core intelligence each person has that can be a guide to how they will be fulfilled in loving and being loved. We can uncover and discover this core intelligence, and then cultivate it if we desire.

Plus, there are core common truths about how human beings function as sexual and loving beings, and significant essential truths about our spiritual nature, as well.

Single or coupled, an individual can become well acquainted and empowered with their most core sexual nature, while becoming clear with their spiritual sense of self or their higher-self, and how to join our sexual self and higher-self to attract and create extraordinary relationships.

This is a paradigm shift from an unexamined, even unconscious context, to a conscious or more aware context of sex and love. A deeper and higher context of sex and love which will resonate with and fortify your core sexual and essential truths. This work is about exploring and experientially embracing an updated and upleveled context on sex and love. And it can be the adventure of a lifetime.

Strong words here but true: You will access capacity to honor and release karma. This is because our unexamined beliefs and conditioning we adopted as child is how karma is “downloaded” and later creates adult reality – seeing and releasing unexamined beliefs and conditioning frees us to awaken to Essence. Sometimes a bit hesitant at first, Being increasingly arises, and authentic empowerment flowers. You’ll find yourself attracting people, or deepening your current connections, to share your growing capacity for enriched sexuality and expanded consciousness.

And as you may be seeing, this all relates to a paradigm shift which is here now. This is a full expression of your erotic and powerful sexuality which aligns with your fully loving higher-consciousness, and the higher consciousness that is coming into our world today. It’s in you, it just needs to be fortified and established in your life. And you know this is best done with solid support.

It is easy to miss this opening for a few reasons. One, it easy to assume we are “complete” in our internalizations of sex and sexual experience, when in actuality our sexual experience and capacity is somewhat unlimited, and can touch the transcendent. Another, is a sort of mild protectiveness that many of us carry around our sexual sense of self that, I’ve got this,” and, “I know how to love and be loved,” when in actuality, we are often unknowingly defending our limitations.

Why? Because what is familiar is often comfortable, perhaps not fulfilling, but comfortable… and very often safe too.

And of course, there ARE true relative or relational matters most of us come up against. Childhood wounds, attachment issues, and our emotional needs and dependencies can get projected onto our partner. These projections are the unexamined and amplified ego-interpretations of another. For a conscious and open couple, such projections are a gift, because they offer the opportunity to grow in intimacy and self-awareness. Unexamined, they can create a web of distortion and dependency, that may suffocate and destroy the relationship.

This is where counseling and therapy can be very supportive. In our work at Sex Love and Power, we keep a watchful eye-out for such challenges and can engage them fully. We can trust that well-handled growth work will reveal areas in us that need healing work. With this standard of care in place, in our work, we begin with a growth oriented approach to embrace an updated higher-consciousness context on sex and love – and commit to the life-changing work of embodying this higher-consciousness context. We are here to support you in exploring and inhabiting your Essence more often in sex and love, to open up to the experience of Being based sex and love. Experiences which, by any measure, are truly unparalleled in their depth, pleasure, sense of profound love, scope, and impact.

Another part of these challenges that more conscious or spiritually inclined people come up against is truly cosmic. As we commit to a spiritual or more conscious life, and get in touch with our higher or true nature, we begin to touch into a larger cosmic order. And in this larger scheme of things, we are being asked to evolve more than ever before.

This also introduces a whole new purpose to embrace this context of higher-consciousness in sex and love – that is, embracing conscious sexuality and higher love to support our awakening as a species. Here is Eckhart Tolle on the matter:

“Humanity is under great pressure to evolve because it is our only chance of survival as a race. This will affect every aspect of your life and close relationships in particular. Never before have relationships been as problematic and conflict ridden as they are now. As you may have noticed, they are not here to make you happy or fulfilled. If you continue to pursue the goal of salvation through a relationship, you will be disillusioned again and again. But if you accept that the relationship is here to make you conscious instead of happy, then the relationship will offer you salvation, and you will be aligning yourself with the higher consciousness that wants to be born into this world. For those who hold onto the old patterns, there will be increasing pain, violence, confusion, and madness.”

And not to worry, Mr. Tolle is quite pro-sexual as he continues here:

“On the physical level, you are obviously not whole, nor will you ever be: You are either a man or a woman which is to say, one half of the whole. On this level, the longing for wholeness – the return to oneness – manifest as male-female attraction, man’s need for a woman, woman’s need for a man. It is an almost irresistible urge for union with the opposite energy polarity. The root of this physical urge is a spiritual one: the longing for an end to duality, a return to the state of wholeness. Sexual union is the closest you can get to this state on the physical level. This is why it is the most deeply satisfying experience the physical realm can offer.”

And we can tell you from direct personal experience, this is not a drag at all! For once acquainted with this larger life-giving context of sex and love, this is luscious, refreshing, and deeply fulfilling. So what are we all waiting for? Again, as mentioned earlier, many (as I was) are hesitant or even afraid to take on such deep reconfigurations and inner work on something as personal as sexuality and love. Opening to our core sexual intelligence and Essence can be likened to the platitude, “One door must close before the door we desire will open.” All true great change is like this, and coaching and support at these times can be priceless – even crucial.

However, as we deepen in this work that we offer, we can relax. Ahhh. And pause. We can see that as people grow and start practicing things like mindfulness and meditation, even with good sex, and comfortable love and companionship, increasingly, this may not be enough to hold relationships together. With compassion we begin to see this stems not from a perspective of relationship problems, but from a longing for more than comfort or even the desire for improvement. This is a more authentic desire for a deeper and higher connection that we know can arise. And, we sense, or know directly, that this is more than ego based.

“Oh, this is about how to manifest a soul-mate,” you might be saying. Not really. What we are referring to here is not something to do, or how to get something— it is a way to be. A way to be, which allows you enter into the flow of life, a river of life force which wants fulfillment for you, and all women and men, in any kind of sexual-love relationship that they desire. If it is a soul mate you desire, then yes, soul mate it is. Whatever it is you desire, more essential experiences of sex and love will be part of your journey.

There are also well-researched, but little known understandings, which indicate the following: As we mature or evolve our consciousness, we ‘need’ and want better sex— transcendent sex. The same goes for more love. We ‘need’ more love — a higher love from a higher sense of self.

This IS why needs and interests regarding sex and love begin to shift: There is a higher need, a spiritual need, that is not getting met. And this is natural. Unfortunately, these embodiments around sexual-love are all too rare in our society, and quite honestly, in the world at large. And you can relax, you are in good company here.

Outcomes and results you can expect:

Fully live into and trust yourself with desire, lust, attraction, attachment, love and bonding.

Increasingly be the unique and authentic person you are, a whole person who continually blends sexuality and a higher sense of self.
Become familiar with the “core intelligence” of sexual energy – the source of sexual pleasure. Understand and open to conscious sexuality and tantric practices.
Once we become familiar and integrated with sexuality like this, all levels of having sex improve, from a “quickie,” to transcendent sex.

Come to see sex, sexuality, and relationship as an intelligent force to be cultivated which can radically transform the experience of love, fuel awakening, and activate true spiritual power.
These practices, with natural adjustments, work equally well with same sex couples.
If single, familiarity with this fuller expression of sexuality which aligns with your higher-consciousness will contribute immeasurably to your confidence and charisma, and the quality of people you attract. And, who you attract and become involved with will be much more aligned with your highest potential – a true secret to much better compatibility.

How we approach such deep work in our coaching and programs:

We work primarily one-on-one, with singles and couples, online via Skype or Zoom. For those of you unfamiliar, such video conferencing can be very intimate and powerful. Depending upon circumstances we can also make arrangements to work in person.

After a free and thorough intake interview, together with an in-depth free coaching session (both no obligation – this to see if this work is a good “fit” for you), we develop a custom approach based on client(s) needs and desires relative to the threefold path mentioned below.
This threefold path, is usually offered in one-on-one weekly sessions, over a two to three month period.
We invite “stand alone” individually scheduled sessions as well – but this work develops best over a period of time to set and hold intention – and to embody durable outcomes.

This threefold path, although customized to best support individual clients, does address an overall flow as described here:

Powerful self-evident and self-authenticating context setting is introduced to update and uplevel unexamined context on sex, love, and higher-consciousness. We come to see how the direct and felt (i.e. real – not egoic or conditioned interpretations) origins of sex and love can be directly nurtured via two experiential paths. Once we realize they exist and how to engage them experientially, these direct paths to sex and love (not what we learned in the past) are as natural to embrace and embody as making love itself. Slowly, slowly, then all at once, we see . . . it is our egoic interpretations of sex and love which we often mistake for reality that can be so limiting.
One experiential path, is knowledge of sexual energy (which requires some solid anatomical sexual skills – and we can provide sound and trusted support here if desired). This involves a higher-awareness of the experience or perception of the sex you are having, and how this can open your sense of Essential Presence or Being— while becoming aware of sexual energies (real and tangibly felt subtle energy associated with sexuality).
The other experiential path, is cultivating this higher-sense-of-self, your Essential Presence or Being— and how to share this as increasing degrees of authentic sexual-love and connection become available. This can shift how you experience yourself and another when relating in truly remarkable and amazing ways . . . and when getting close to another . . . can induce a life-changing shift in your experience of love.

Throughout, upleveling and updating context, while referencing the two experiential paths mentioned above, we work with powerful injunctions to dramatically expand perceptual orientation to sexual sensation to explore and build sexual energy, and open to higher-consciousness.

Injunctions are chosen very deliberate interpersonal behaviors which often challenge – and dissolve – deeply held, and limited, egoic views of reality (in our case, egoic views of sexuality and higher-consciousness). This can open the gates to movement on a spectrum of consciousness with less ego and more Essence. Attention can shift from ego to Being. So when you practice a particular injunction, you’re laying the groundwork for greater consciousness to infuse your experience of sex and sexuality more often, and for longer periods of time. Eventually the injunctions give way to a natural higher sense of self which emerges on its own. Injunctions are excellent tools for integrating your sexuality with your higher-consciousness . . . which then supports even more expansion of consciousness. Anya and myself are very skilled at working with a wide array of potent injunctions.

It takes a somewhat practiced, yet natural capacity, and an artful sense of it all, to see that this is normal. And single or partnered, to be able access, radiate, and stabilize this as an individual. These capacities are literally aspects ourselves we wake-up to, and are part of an awakened life.

This is very deep and powerful work focused on utilizing sexual energy to shift perception of self, and increasingly open to Essence or higher-self. We then work to become more familiar with relating to another from Essence and less from ego.

Experiencing sexuality from Essence is not something you do, this is a state of Being. And true, even with no practice, it does arise, it is natural, many have had such moments . . . often when we have felt pure unrestricted love. In fact, such higher love often arises on it’s own much more readily when we become acquainted with Essence and Being.

We steadily shift from seeking love, to being love – and if we are partnered – to sharing this Being based love. We shift from wanting love, to desiring to share higher love – this in itself is very big shift.

Beyond the actual “how” of this, it takes desire and willingness. Or you have had a longing for this, even an ache, and you can feel the truth based “Yes, this is what I am here for” arising from inside. And, it can be done alone. But we can get really “stuck” as well – Anya and myself, a strong couple in our day, and no slackers on the path, hit some real tough spots we barely got through.

There is a huge benefit of working with those who have navigated this space experientially.

Think of it metaphorically like trying to light a fire, a fire of higher consciousness, your fire with light-up more readily when you are exploring and working in the proximity of those who have stabilized this natural flame – for truly – there are non-physical energies here that do need to be catalyzed and activated.

. . . This work is the culmination of 40 combined years of deep work between Anya and myself, our commitment to truth based bodies of work, years with psychotherapy, spiritual teachers, and focused graduate level professionalism.

Our dedication to this path manifested in our own higher-consciousness breakthrough(s) together when we were a couple. We experienced our opening to the universal truths of higher-consciousness sex and love, and we learned the nuances of accessing Essence we are discussing here (read more here).

We are dedicated, skilled, and embodied. This direct personal life experience we opened to, offers a very robust resource for clients to “lean into.” Resources where clients experience more ease of access to the increased capacity, and the transformation they are longing for.

Is this for you? We will say this, if you are growing, doing consciousness or spiritual work, not making a choice can become choice. A default choice to a pre-exisiting context where we are prone to unknowingly relive our past – this can be very frustrating and even painful.
